Lookout for property boom in these suburbs of Brisbane in 2017

When buying an investment property one question that always comes in every investors mind is “whether you are buying at the right place for a good return and great a capital growth”. Predictions are always made by professionals and masters in a particular field and we always compare results with the predictions made. It’s not necessary that the predictions made are always correct, after all no one has that mirror ball to rub on and give the future results. A survey of property analysts shows most are predicting solid growth in the price of houses in 2017. Here are some of the greater Brisbane suburbs predicted to boom in 2017:
